Post Season Schedule

Anyone not in a make up match is welcome to participate in a Tournament at TBD for a $10 buy in.

It will be double elimination with league rules. Maximum players is 16.

You must be present and paid to participate, sign ups are between 6:00pm and 6:45pm, first come, first served. No entries will be accepted after 6:45 unless there is a bye. There will be a waiting list in case of a bye.

Call-ins and text-ins will not be accepted. The cut off for being present with your $10 buy in is 6:45pm.

The Tournament will start promptly at 7:00pm.

Held at the 3rd place team’s bar for each division. Each division will be run by either Karen or Cheryl

4/9/24 Captain’s Meeting – at TBD

Captains are required to attend. Players and bar owners are encouraged to attend.
This is a meeting to discuss any concerns, bring up suggestions for the League, clarify anything and be updated on any changes to the League.
Last day to turn in your bar sponsorship check for next season.

4/16/24 League Banquet – at TBD

Held at the Division A 1st place team’s bar for January 2024 season
Alternates between 1st place Division A and Division B each season
Trophies, t-shirts and hoodies will be given out
Blind draw doubles tournament $10 per person buy in

T-Shirts Earned

T-Shirts are earned by accomplishing one of the following:

8 Ball Break – when the shooter breaks and sinks the 8 ball without scratching.
Break & Run – when the shooter breaks, legally sinks all their ball set and legally sinks the 8 ball without their opponent shooting.
8 Ball Run – when the breaker shoots, doesn’t make a ball and the shooter legally sinks all their ball set and legally sinks the 8 ball without their opponent shooting again. This is basically a Break and Run, but without the break.

The Team Captain of the player that accomplishes one of the above, will notate it on the score sheet and the player will be added to this list.

Players may only receive ONE t-shirt. Players with multiple accomplishments will receive a t-shirt with all their accomplishments listed on it.

T-shirts will be given out at the Banquet.

About Us

We are a league where the players do not pay a weekly fee. Team and individual awards are given in the form of trophies, t-shirts and zippered hoodies. The host bars sponsor teams to encourage people to play and increase patronage to their bars.

This is a great organization to play in; whether you are new to pool, dipping your toes into a league for the first time or a seasoned player who just wants to play in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. We all have fun, learn, compete and hang out at some of the best bars in the area while socializing and playing pool.
